The traditional pineapple peeling process, which still uses human labor, also contributes to the high production cost of pineapple processing. Therefore we need a technology to help the community in the process of stripping pineapple skin. So that in this final project, a pineapple peeler with a press system was made to facilitate the community and pineapple farmers in accelerating the peeling process. The research was conducted by studying literature and looking for references from various journals and observing pineapple peeling with a manual press system. Then the process of making the shape and components for the peeler is carried out. In the process of making a pineapple peeler with a press system, it takes several steps to make components through works such as making frames or stands, installing stainless pipes, installing press levers, making blades and painting processes. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, the pineapple peeler press system can work well as expected, for the time required to peel one pineapple is 7-19 seconds and if calculated the average is 13.47 seconds. The overall cost required in the manufacture of a press system pineapple peeler requires the cost of tools and materials, which is Rp. 437,425.00
